Indira worked very hard to not only find me the best price, but the most convenient itinerary re: connecting flights and duration of layovers. I found a slightly cheaper fare online but Indira was very patient and thorough in explaining the conditions and terms etc. Also it is very comforting to know that if (heaven forbid) something goes wrong there will be A PERSON there to help me out of it!
