First of all, i received an email from Evander regarding my flight and I preferred doing it by phone. I tried calling but had difficulty making telephone contact with ITN when outside U.S. Transaction was made entirely by email and the difficulty was not having internet access at all times because you move or travel from one place to the other. I had to stay in one place to complete the email transactions. There was some stress doing it but it turned out to really be ok. Thank you, Evander. < Back to reviews
