Shivangi provided outstanding customer service throughout the entire booking process. She was persistent and determined to find and offer the lowest airline fare possible and when I found a lower fare than she had found, she offered to match or offer a lower fare. She ended up offering a lower fare that I could not refuse. She is very courteous and professional and a valuable asset to the company.
