I work at the highest level of customer service in a Fortune 500 company and found Genesis to be an excellent agent. Not only is he good at the details of his job, his manner is also very reassuring. I found you on the web and had never used your company before. He dispelled any concern I may have had about the legitimacy of your business from his initial greeting. My company uses outsourced associates in the P.I. whose calls I must sometimes review. I wish they were all half as good as Genesis.
