Lionel was very courteous and helpful. Due to our different language dialects we had some difficulty understanding each other, but we were mostly able to. I would work with him again. I have never heard of this company before and had some reservations about whether everything was legitimate or not and since I won't be flying until May, I won't know how everything works out until then.
