I was skeptical about their legitimacy, and annoyed at having to use the phone, and after ten minutes we had only reviewed one route, which I wasn't happy with - but the second try nailed it, and I followed through and bought the ticket. It's basically like being assigned a personal travel agent, and you can continue to communicate with them after the purchase.
