I would like to send a positive report to the supervisor of Onyx, the travel agent who helped me, as he was very knowledgible about the route I wanted to take and found the exact flights I had been hoping to get, with minimal layovers. His customer service was excellent, working hard to get me the best price and dates, also following up to alert me with any changes, deadlines, etc. I am very grateful for his assistance!
