Lester was a real life saver. I initially tried to purchase my ticket by myself but I was unsuccessful. Even after informing him that I would not be needing his services because I thought I would be able to purchase the tickets on my own, he reassured me that he would still be available if I needed any help or had any additional questions even if i did not use him to purchase the ticket. After failing to purchase my ticket on my own, I immediately called Lester for assistance and he was just as pleasant and as helpful as he's always been to me. Lester was AWESOME.
