I really appreciate working with Reena, who is very professional, knowledgeable and patient. Reena always goes the extra mile to accommodate my needs. The total amount of gratuity we give based on Rena’s excellent work, should go to her in the total amount. It’s not fair that the company ASAP TICKETS take any amount from the agents a gratuity, because the gratuity is based on each agent good work.
