ASAP Tickets review – I spent a few hours online myself...

I spent a few hours online myself trying to get a direct flight from the US to Ireland at a reasonable price for 4 people during high peak travel time. I have to say I was a little nervous about trying this service as I never used them before. The agent assigned to me was Denzel. He was very pleasant, helpful, courteous, did ease my fears about using them and got me exactly what I was looking for cheaper than what I was able to get for myself. Overall it was a very pleasant experience, gave me several options and walked me through the purchase process step by step.
