Nolan, my agent was extremely helpful and patient with me. I am 76 years old, and that is rare. Typically younger agents are impatient. I had some difficulty with my credit card and there was a one-day delay. He kept following up and checking with me and finally on the second day we were able to complete the transaction. Again, he was always very knowledgeable, patient and professional.
