I am extremely grateful for the assistance of Mr. Reed to get me a refund on my mom's ticket, with British Airways. We are still very traumatized, from post hurricane Harvey flooding episode here in Houston, with everyone overwhelmed with emotions and uncertainty. My mom had no choice but to cancel her trip since her personal belongings were ruined in the flooding. BA still charged me $300.00 for cancellation despite a plea from Mr. Reed on my behalf.
