My travel agent is Sandy. She is very on top of it. The last time I used your service, the agent did not get my seating arranged so I had HORRIBLE middle seats on ALL my flights. These are long flights so it was terrible. I told Sandy about this and she is going the extra mile to get me into good seats. Appreciated. Because of her I will continue using her. 9 out of 10! She'll get a 10 out of 10 as her English continues to improve. A couple times we had a miscommunication but they were resolved without too many problems. < Back to reviews
