Rada, my travel agent, was very professional but the amount of time I had to spend confirming my booking was far beyond what I am used to. I understand that booking info must be reviewed to avoid mistakes, but this was out of ordinary. I am just the type who does things much faster because I do not have time to spend on several! phone calls. Booking tickets online takes a moment. Here it took several phone calls and far too much time. I will not be using this booking service in the future especially that the price of the identical flight on skyscanner was only $7.00 more. Had I known how your service works I would have purchased my ticket via skyscanner. Thank you. < Back to reviews
