ASAP Tickets review – The customer service that Caprice...
The customer service that Caprice provided over the phone was simply superb. She went above and beyond to find the best deal she could get me, and to make sure I had all the information I needed for this trip. She showed empathy when told her that this trip was for medical reasons, and offered me the wheelchair service. I wish all travel agents had the same diligence that Caprice showed, helping their clients. Good job Caprice!!
