Exceptional service ! The first thing a lot of people tend to think when they hear that the agent who is helping you is not from the United States is “oh no here we go, this is gonna be a nightmare!” I have to tell you , the customer service by this agent was absolutely exceptional, white glove service from the second I got on the phone with the agent until my tickets were delivered to my email .
