Crystal was an absolute blessing. i would recommend her to all my friends and family. My friend and her fiancé were visiting Italy and her fiance died suddenly. Crystal worked diligently to find me the best flight and price so I could fly over to Italy to be with my friend and also be on the same return flight to help her bring her fiance's remains home.
