The agent that helped me with my reservation was very helpful and just a great customer service agent. I actually believe that she went above and beyond her duties for her company although unless a person placed an order to take a vacation it doesn’t let the company know how well she did. I made it my business to come back to place my order although she was off duty today. Thank you very much for a job well done.
