I was a little skeptical at first. I don't normally like this type of process and always taken a little back when I have to offer up information up front. But I was able to communicate effectively with the representative via email and he was very patient while I had to relay the information back and forth to other parties in my trip. The representative worked with us and the changes we needed and returned with a price considerably lower than what we were finding online for multiple international destinations. I do like that he did the research for us because all those online websites can drive a person crazy trying to find the best/cheapest fare. Only reason I might not recommend to family and friends is because I don't like name dropping and they have a bad experience and tend to blame me for it. Family is family, you know. :) So far, everything worked out fine and there were no hidden fees like I was concerned about. < Back to reviews
