Jefferson was extremely kind & helpful in finding me specific flight times that worked best for me in booking my trip home. I had (over two years ago now) booked an international trip that had to be cancelled at the onset of covid restrictions and is still unable to be completed due to lasting travel restrictions. I am SO grateful to have been able to have the trip cost and subsequent rebooking fee saved to be used for my trip this summer. Extremely pleased with the overall service & Jefferson's help.
