Addie A is a very courteous and respectful travel agent. He is very patient and understanding specially with passenger’s needs. He is very knowledgeable with current events that may affect passengers. He made us aware of the benefits of the ticket insurance. His rating is Perfect. One flaw of the tipping system is the monetary equivalent does not match the efficiency of the Travel agent. There will be cases where the performance is a Perfect rating but he only gets Good for the $.
