I have been traveling for the past 33 years and today has been the most incredible and fascinating experience. Sullivan called me on the phone and told me he had a few options for our trip to Romania. He took the time to go over the itineraries with me and the different options. I put my husband on the phone as he had some questions. He could not be more courteous ! I opened my email and went over with him and selected the best choice for us. He took the time to explain, he listened to our questions and answered all of them. I asked about Insurance costs and why. He went over the cost and we decided to take the insurance, he clarified our questions and we are so happy with his service, it is not even funny !
