Sameer was extremely helpful! He was patient and kind. I appreciated how he assisted me with getting the best rate for my trip to Germany and how he assisted me, step by step, during the process of obtaining my ticket. He is a great asset to ASAP Travel. I also appreciated speaking with Sameer. This was an excellent feature, unlike Expedia or Trip Advisor, in which you are not able to speak with a person. Sameer was very knowledgeable about ASAP Tickets and I appreciated him telling me about the Trip Protection feature.
