No company is perfect. A few travel agents failed me, but I must acknowledge most credit to one travel agent whose name is BETTY, she went above and beyond to save me from the mess. It's extremely stressful when you're desperate of actual help and no one act to get to the bottom of the issue (double ticket purchase due to negligence & multiple flight cancellations), yet one agent truly exercise the human side - EMPATHY TO HELP ABOVE & BEYOND for her customer's travel success!
