ASAP Tickets review – Shepard was super helpful and...

Shepard was super helpful and patient with me. I was super impressed last night after reading my boss text advising that I return back home here in Canada on February 22 and in a panic had to call Shepard in distress around 1.00am or there about (Canadian mountain time). To my surprise, he not only picked my call, he reassured me, took care of this new dates of return for me. He then cancelled my previous booking, returned my money and then re-booked another flight for me. That’s amazing. Thanks Shepard. < Back to reviews
