ASAP Tickets review – Katana was perfect, but I was...

Katana was perfect, but I was surprised to see that ASAP asked me to add a tip. I've never seen this before and makes me think ASAP doesn't pay her enough. I only went with ASAP to get the cheapest flight possible and sadly am not able financially to tip her - so in the end I was disappointed , not by Katana, but by ASAP.
