Mr. Fitz is such a wonderful agent to work with. He is very empathetic to my difficult situation and was very efficient in finding every possible option that will work with my challenging flight needs. He pays very high attention to details and accuracy. I have worked with a number of agents from different companies and while other companies will make you believe that they are saving you money, nothing can compare to the sincerity and peace of mind that Mr. Fitz gave me while working ever so patiently in finding me the best option on our flights.
