Isidore was the most patient and helpful agent they have! He helped me get the best deal and gave me the easiest flights since I am traveling with my toddler alone. I've talked to other agents before but they are not helpful at all. I felt like they were just trying to get you to buy the ticket. But Isidore cared a lot! I hope he gets incentives or promotions!
