Despite my both flights were canceled,your customer support agents did very good job: Lana and Nolan were very professional,polite and patient.Nolan is amazing agent-very helpful;all information and explanation which he gave me were very important to me, he always answer the phone if I need and call me back. It was nice to have deal with Nolan.
