I’m very satisfied with the agent called Rox because he’s very patient, polite and has phone ethics. I called and spoke with five agents and none of the agents were able to help , but when I called and Rox picked my call he was there to help me.Above all he’s so knowledgeable, he went above and beyond to help me out and I’m so satisfied.
