Parker was very helpful and courteous. He handled my concern in a very professional way, understand my concerns about my mom's flight and the situation. It was not easy to be passed on and on with different agents but I got very lucky when he answered my call. He actioned quickly and very efficient. I wish every other agent will do the same.
