I would like to recognize two customer service representatives, for their professional and helpful guidance. Nefertiti and Gulliver were the two representatives that really stand out because of their pleasant attitudes and time that each one took to listen to my expectations for my upcoming trip. I travel on a regular basis and out of hundreds that I have spoke with these two are number one on my list and from now on I ll only consult with one of them .
