Azaria has the best customer I have experienced this year. This process is very tedious for a 70 year old person. She made feel calm enough to complete the task. Any other time I would have gotten upset and maybe not have completed the transaction. She is a sweet person and very knowledgeable of all the procedures and policies. Thank you Azaria!!
