this trip started out being a wonderful cultural journey for me and my sisters. The service including the staffs at ASAP was very swift and professional. Me and my three sisters felt the cost of the trip was all what we expected, until the pandemic hit. No one should be to blame for this incident However, these third party companies need to have contingency plans and be able to address the clients concerns as we attempt to be reimbursed for cancelled flights that occur.
