Fonzy was very patient with me, and helpful in the initial ticket purchase, trying to find the most practical flight time, then in getting the refund. I had a bit of trouble with some early calls to him, just getting thru because the answering service at his end does not have the beep I am used to to tell me it is recording. Once I realized I should just start talking, things worked well enough.
