I am honestly so thankful I used asap tickets to buy my mother's ticket. They handled everything including calling the airline which by the way was so hard to get through due to the pandemic. Tamika is such a nice and hard-working agent. She made the process of rescheduling a canceled flight so easy. I could not thank her enough!
