I stumbled upon this service by accident, and was a little skeptical at first. However, Musk was very friendly and helpful. He reassured me that he would find me the most economical flight available, and he got back to me within a couple hours with three flights cheaper than I found on Google. I also was not comfortable to give him my credit card number over the phone, and he was completely okay with that and said I could wait till I filled out the booking form.
