The agent helped me with an exchange of return date. Since I didn't act within the 24 hours when he first gave me the price quote, by the time I was ready to act the cost of the flight in question had changed. When I asked him to look for a similar flight on that same date instead of changing the date because it would have been cheaper he managed to help me find such a deal and match the new departure date which was important to me.
