Lopez was very kind,helpful & patient.His knowledge to help find low cost & making it easy for me was helpful. My husband was traveling on another Flight & he's the one who handles all our traveling needs but was unable to do so this time. I have only flown with him never alone as I get a little anxious traveling on my own as I never did travel until we got married 5 yrs ago at the age of 62 yrs of age. So I greatly appreciated his help especially since it was short notice & being on a fixed income.
