Young was very helpful and diligent in satisfying my request. Although the schedule is not what I really like, an extra stop in NRT, I wanted him to get the sale because of his efforts and good manner. I convinced myself to take the extra flight time instead of the same hours of layover in San Francisco. The price with ticket protection is very competitive another web-site, it's still a great deal. That give me a chance to shop in Japan while waiting at transit.
