The agent, Goldie, was patient and helpful although there was an annoying beeping sound every 20 seconds during our call. She even called me back, after all was done, to make sure everything is OK with the reservation. To be honest, I was rather suspicious of this service since it's phone number came up on my mobile as a "possible scam." However, it's legit since I just checked my confirmation code directly with the airline's website (Lufthansa) and all seems to be in order. I'm very pleasantly surprised that with all the resources available on the internet I was able to get a better deal through a company with personal phone service. < Back to reviews
