George was very helpful and polite. I appreciated both his phone calls and his emails including his answers to questions I had that did not relate to air tickets. I came upon this service by accident and will refer others to it. There used to be lots of travel agents around and that service doesn't much exist anymore unless you are planning a very expensive trip. I really hate sitting in front of the computer and going back and forth between airlines or travel sites to find the right price point and timing. It is tiring and frustrating.
