Fitz was awesome! He helped me navigate ASAP Tickets for my first use of the service. If you know what you need with regard to flights and when, ASAP Tickets is a good service. Fitz got me a good price for 8 nonstop roundtrip tickets to Rome from Philadelphia and back. Fitz held the tickets for me overnight while I checked with the cruise line regarding disembarkation time. Before paying I was able to view my reservation on the American Airlines website.
