Fitz was awesome. I had not used ASAP Tickets before. Of course, I had done online research, but I was still hesitant. I knew I wanted roundtrip nonstop airline tickets from Philadelphia to Rome. I needed to verify with a cruise line with regard to return flight time to make sure it was late enough. Fitz held the tickets for me overnight. Once he made the actual reservation, I was able to verify the reservation at the American Airlines website. I would definitely use ASAP Tickets again. I would love to deal with Fitz again. He is most professional and very friendly to deal with. If you are worried, there is reasonably priced protection for a fee. < Back to reviews
