Travel Agent was an excellent help with great patience & understanding of the needs of his client. He worked very hard to find the most convenient place to fly from. My travel arrangements were difficult with passengers coming from 3 different locations. Flight times were good and convenient for everyone. He also provided detailed travel insurance information, such as in case of emergency, tickets can be fully refunded. He was polite, courteous, & a pleasant gentleman.
