ASAP Tickets review – I really appreciate the way Prado...

I really appreciate the way Prado handled my issue, he is courteous and attentive with what I am inquiring regarding cancellation of my trip. He is not rushing his customer, and when I tried to call back the customer service toll number, I was looking for him to have a consistency with our discussion/conversation, and I was told that he is going to call me back AND HE DID.
