Bernard was an outstanding young man. He showed patience, maturity and compassion in searching for and locating convenient flights and flight schedules that worked out perfectly for us. He is very easy to talk to and understands the intricacies of searching for flights that fit his customers'unique situations. In Bernard, I felt as though I had developed a great friendship, far beyond the calls of a typical travel agent. I will certainly ask for him in my future travel plans and will unequivocally recommend him (and ITN) to my friends and acquaintances.
