This is the first time again in many years that we used a travel agency during this booking. I can actually booked a ticket myself directly on line since that's what I been doing for many years now. I called ASAP tickets for curiosity and Im glad I did since the travel agent that was helping me took really her time and explained me every detailed of the trip/itinerary.
