Let me tell you about Hamad. When I decided to book my trip, I did not know when and I should go. The reason is I am from Somalia who lived in the US for more than 30 years. In the recent executive order from current president of the US has made us all worried. I also did not know where to fly so I kept changing my mind. Hamad was patient and understanding.
