Liam was very helpful and responsive. He definitely made the upfront hassle of searching for flights that met our budget and preferences much easier. He also helped me make a confident final decision when I was torn between two flight itineraries. At times he was a bit over-communicative (frequent calls, etc.), but was quick to apologize/adjust when this was mentioned.
